This is a new master planned community that will be built in Lathrop, CA. Positioned at the junction of the 205, 120 and 5 highways. This is 60 miles east of San Francisco and San Jose and 50 miles south of Sacramento. The community is on the San Joaquin Delta which will give the community distinct characteristics as well as natural beauty of the river environment.
The community will provide:
11,000 homes over 4,800 acres which 900 acres will be open space/ nature preserves

Phase 1 will include 1,500 acres, 1,300 homes, charter school facilities, the town center and recreation areas. Models are hoped to be open by May 2014. Currently the development has builders under contract to begin work on the first 2,500 homes. The first group of homes will run in the range of $350,000-$450,000.
The developer of the community is Cambay Group who is from Walnut Creek, CA and it has been estimated that they have put $300 million into the project already. It is estimated that the community will take approximately 25-30 years to complete.
